1. Generics

These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the micro-enterprise Yoake Bijoux, and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the site.www.yoake-bijoux.com, managed by Aurore Fougeroux, whose head office is located at 8 rue Maria Vérone 18000 Bourges.

 

The purchase of a product on the site implies that the buyer accepts all of these conditions of sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares that for the purchase of products on the site is in full legal capacity, allowing him to commit under these general conditions of sale.

 

These conditions of sale are subject to change, in order to comply with new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

 

2. Products

Yoake Bijoux is a craft micro-enterprise offering unique or limited-quantity handmade items made of tsumami zaiku. Each item is subject to a detailed description, as well as the maintenance precautions required. The photos on the site are as faithful as possible, but color differences due to screens are possible.

 

In case of unavailability of the product, Yoake Bijoux will inform the customer within 2 days and will offer a refund within 7 days.

3. Price

 

The prices displayed are in euros including VAT. Yoake Bijoux reserves the right to modify its prices, the price appearing on the order form at the time of the order will be the only applicable price.

 

A 40% deposit will be required for any personalized order.

4. Order

 

Delivery costs are calculated according to the total amount of the order.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional costs such as customs duties which are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must inquire with the customs authorities of his country.

 

Yoake Bijoux reserves the right to refuse a customer order with which there is a dispute or a payment default.

 

5. Payment

The payment of the customer basket is made during the validation of the basket, the preparation of the order is carried out over 2 days, except against time, in which case, the customer will be contacted by e-mail.

Orders can be paid either by credit card or Paypal.

 

6. Delivery

 

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Yoake Bijoux cannot be held responsible in the event of an error made by the customer when entering the delivery information. In the event of a dispute over the receipt of the products, the follow-up provided by the delivery person is authentic, Yoake Bijoux cannot be held responsible.

 

7. Retention of title

 

Yoake Bijoux retains ownership of the products sold until full payment, including fees and taxes.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with the regulations in force in France (article L121-20 of the consumer code), the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the delivery of their order to withdraw and contact the company. by email :yoake.bioux.tsumami@gmail.com and return the products to the seller for refund or exchange without penalty, except for the cost of return.

Products returned damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for resale will not give rise to any refund or exchange.

Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.

 

9. Legal guarantee

 

Yoake Bijoux is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which render it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or I would have paid a lesser price for them, if he had known them. The company undertakes to reimburse the buyer for the price of the product and the initial transport costs.

 

10. Intellectual Property – Copyright

 

All the elements present on the site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yoake Bijoux, any reproduction or use of the contents, even partial, without the written authorization of the holder is prohibited.

 

11. Personal data

 

Yoake Bijoux preserves the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him by email or in their customer area.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

 

These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the competent court is the court of Bourges.
